Online orders: We have updated our website to make it the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order with us. Shopping online is also the easiest way to place an order and is also secure. If you are not comfortable placing an order through our website, we have other ordering options below.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.
Credit cards: We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Pay securely via PayPal - no account required.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
Sales tax: All items will be charged sales tax for California residents only.

Shipping Information
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
Shipping times: Regular service: 5-7 business days Express service: within 3 business days * Per request- Shipping rates will be adjusted.
Returns & Exchanges
Refund process: An item can be returned up to 14 days from the date ordered. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.* Not including shipping and handleing fees. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Merchandise can also be returned at the office of Darby Nicole in Burbank, California with the original packing list. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process.
Previously purchased items that are now on sale: We will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment for your order was within 14 days of the sale offering.
